Tonight June & I were at a friend�s annual first Friday holiday party. Our hostess had mentioned in the past that her mother was a jewelry smith. Tonight she showed us a fantastic item made of ivory and silver adorned with four stones. It was a wax seal with her initials. Her mother is Ruth Ware and the seal was also struck with Ruth Ware. We are hoping some of members are familiar with her work and have examples to share.

Our friend travels a lot so it may be a few weeks before we can get to photograph and share it with you.
