![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Here's a New Jersey silversmith no one has ever heard of. Euseba (Mrs. Warren) Kamensky, Medford, NJ. She apparently was trained as a silversmith after WWII and took it up really as a hobby in the 1950s--when she made these three small, beautifully wrought pieces. No marks at all, but the bowl is marked STERLING. She will never be famous, but in light of Margret Craver's influence, I like to think that Mrs. Kamensky saw our show in 1948 and was inspired by another woman silversmith. Call me a romantic... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Any chance that we might be able to see an image of her mark? Obviously superb craftsmanship and modernist in style. Thanks for sharing this with us. Fred IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Her husband gave us these pieces in her memory...and she apparently had no mark at all. Only one STERLING mark on one of the pieces. She only produced things for family and friends and personal use. IP: Logged |
