I have what appears to be a standard fiddle shaped coin teaspoon with "SMITH & CLAPP" on the back in a rectangle. This does appear to identify the maker rather than the retailer. There is no other identification on the back. On the front is "A C Hatch" in a fancy script. I find no reference to a CLAPP in any of my resources - Rainwater, Belden, Wyler, Ensko. Any ideas? ------------------ IP: Logged |
