Hi- I have some old family spoons that may be coin, I'm not sure. These are the marks on them: G.W&H in a box, followe by maybe a guy's head in an oval and a right facing eagle with spread wings in a circle ____G. KENDALL (something is before the G, but it's worn down H&P (I think, it's pretty worn as well. These are stamped twice on the spoons) Thanks! IP: Logged |

Welcome to the forum The first spoon is by the firm (William) Gale, (Jacob) Wood & (Jasper)Hughes, working in New York c 1830-1845. The second is hard to say -- there were several Kendall's, both makers and retailers. Could the third be H & B, rather than P? Pictures would be helpful, if possible.
