We're having so much fun with E, I, and the squidersand, here's another.
This mark was once given to John Coburn, but has been withdrawn, as it is found on pieces too late for his career, such as this -- a 9 3/4" tablespoon with a molded drop, no shoulders, long chanmphering from the bowl halfway up the handle, and a restrained, downturned coffin terminus. I don't think it is Joseph Clark or Coolidge; Ensko lists John Cook of Philadelphia, but no mark is shown for him in Hollan. IP: Logged |
