I have 24 FB Rogers Goblets. 12 are seven inches tall with the stamp--FB Rogers Yugoslavia, around the word silverplate--on the bottom. The others are exactly the same except they are five and an eighth inches tall. Any information regarding their origin age, or other pertinent information would be appreciated. IP: Logged |

F. B. ROGERS SILVER CO. Taunton, MA Began business circa 1883 in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts. Three years later, in 1886, the company moved to Taunton and became incorporated. Circa 1895-6 purchased the assets of West Silver Co. In February 1955 F. B. Rogers Silver Co. became a division of National Silver Co. National Silver Industries, Inc. was then acquired by Towle Mfg. Co. In 1990 Towle Mfg. Co. was purchased by Syratech Corporation which also owns Wallace Silversmiths and International Silver Company brand names. In recent years it has become more economical for companies to import their silver. So I suppose the Yugoslavia mark may mean recent manufacture. Try contacting Syratech and see what they have to say:
