I have a silver candy dish. I do not know were it is from or even if it is real silver. it has 3 squares with a letter in each E-P-C and also 3 pictures under it a side veiw of a man,a crown,and a hand written letter F (could be letter T. also the # 3961 on the bottom.it is kind of fancy. can enyone help. smile smile smile

EPC generally stands for Electro plated Copper which means that your candy dish would be silver plated, not solid silver.

To add to June's reply, your piece is most likely English, and probably made in Sheffield. The crown is the traditional town mark of Sheffield, and a lot of the platers there incorporated it into their marks. It could date anywhere from say 1850 to the present.
