This is a nice cut glass pitcher, probably for water? It is just over 10" tall. It has a hinged lid, collar, ice strainer inside the spout and the handle is all what I think is silverplated. The only mark is on the side of the collar and that mark is D.R.G.M. Any help identifing it or how to list it will be greatly appreciated! Thanks IP: Logged |

DRGM stands for Deutsches Reich Geschmack Muster, meaning that the design of the piece is patent protected. As to metal content, I suspect the collar is plated if there are no hallmarks indicating silver content. [This message has been edited by Paul Lemieux (edited 04-23-2002).] IP: Logged |

Thanks, I do agree it is plated and have found no other marks. I appreciate your time. IP: Logged |
