Can any one help me with some information on the dates and what symbols may mean? And if any one has any idea what this would be worth that would be very helpful as well IP: Logged |

What you have is a nice Gorham silver plate coffee pot. The is the single anchor manufacturer's mark used by Gorham Manufacturing Company (G M Co) on silver plate. For sterling they use the lion anchor G mark. The E P is for Electro Plate usually on Nickel Silver. A simple way to get an idea of the value of your silver is to watch eBay for the next year and see what several similar items sell for. Or you could secure the services of a professional appraiser.
