Stephen Posts: 625 Registered: Jan 2003	posted 02-13-2003 05:36 PM Hagan's "Silverplated Flatware" (1990) seems to indicate that it was a mark used by the Meriden Silver Plate Co., which did become part of International in 1898. Perhaps "Meriden Silver Co" was just a mark, and not the name of a company -- Rainwater (1998) doesn't mention the mark or the company. IP: Logged
