I have found a small coffee urn with hinged lid, sugar w/lid and creamer...due to your great web sight, I have determined that these are sheridan,,the hallmarks are...in a row three squares...the first being a crown, next a script like "S",next a shield.....under these are the words silver on copper.....the problem I have is that there is no mention of sheridan silver,,,,,,,,,why?...on every thing I can find with those marks the word sheridan is found....please ease my confusion........thank you so much in advance for your answer........JUDY,,,,, IP: Logged |

No explanation I'm afraid, but other pieces without Sheridan have appeared. See this: ID on silver on copper coffee set IP: Logged |

An interesting theory, I like it. Does anyone know what happened to Sheridan after 1975? Still in business? Merger? IP: Logged |
