WM ROGERS MFG CO RXTRA PLATE ORIGINAL ROGERS was "picked up" by International but closest pattern I can find is Oneida Rogers VANESSA but know this isn't it as lowers are more open then closed roses-need id of pattern so I can list on ebay. I have Tere Hagen's 4th ed Silverplated Flatware book, been through umpteen times, maybe am overlooking it? Thanks in advance...

quote: As good as Tere Hagen's book is, it isn't perfect. Try going to http://www.replacements.com/silver/INS.htm and searching through the patterns one at a time. A huge number of small companies came under the International Silver Co. umbrella before it became a separate company, and many of them are still being produced today - or are available on the "after market". It will take some time, but you stand a good chance of finding it there. ------------------ IP: Logged |
