Other than looking in the SS Forums for information, what sources do you recommend for pattern identifications for Sheridan Silverplate? I've spent a great deal of time on the Internet search engines and nothing helpful has come about yet. Any specific books or publications to learn more? Thanks, Leisa

One source that is much used is Replacements, Ltd. They aren't perfect, for sure, but they do have huge numbers of pictures and identified patterns. Unfortunately, since so many patterns have not been identified by name yet, they also just give them their own designation of what the pattern is for reference purposes, just until they find out what the real name is (if they ever do).

It is good starting place.
