Pictures would be a great help.

The A1 is simply a mark for standard silverplate. I can't remember ever seeing spoons marked with X116, so, again, a picture would be a great help.

Give us a picture of the pattern and we might be able to help with that as well.

It also would help to know just exactly which Rogers and Bros mark this is. There are a finite number of Rogers marks, but the array is huge. Not all of them are International or Oneida, which might explain why we don't recognize them. My off hand guess would be that this is some sort of internal guide mark for platers, but that is really not an answer. Are these teaspoons?

Thanks for the picture. I can not find this pattern in my pattern books. It may be a commercial pattern, made for restaurants and hotels. What is the exact mark? Does it have an eagle or a star in front of it? Or something else?

I don't know what the picture is on the handle of the teaspoons. If someone posts their e-mail address I can send a closeup. I can't figure out what it is.

It would help if the photo wasn't so fuzzy...

If the thing at the top is a leaf then I think this pattern is:
Grecian
* Rogers & Bro.
patented March 25, 1913

The leaf dealy in the center looked a bit smaller than Grecian 1913 to me. But the photo is fuzzy. Hagen shows this pattern with a later International mark, which is usually IS's commercial standard.

Tere Hagen lists it as Grecian aka New Grecian, to differentiate it from the older 1892 pattern of the same name (Meriden Brittania Co.)

OTOH, the "leaf" looked fine but the profile of the shoulders looked a little sharper than the Hagen drawing. That doesn't mean much, since even from photograph to photograph I've seen variations due to lighting and wear on individual pieces.

As for the "picture" on the handle, I assume it is a monogram. It's not clear enough in this photo to make out clearly, but it could be a G.
