Hello: I picked this up at a tag sale because of it's design. Of course I have no idea what it is or who made it. The canister (?) stands 8 1/2" including knob and 6 1/2" across bottom including feet. It has a hinged lid. Would really appreciate your help w/ this one.

This looks like a cigar case, very nice design. The mark is I believe English, not sure of the maker. Perhaps Roberts and Belk. Great item. IP: Logged |

oops, I forgot. Would you know if this a vintage piece and is it silverplate or sterling? [This message has been edited by Cyn (edited 03-26-2005).] IP: Logged |
