I have another spoon that looks to be pretty old and the handle is twisted around for its design the mark says s.l.&g.h.r.co. any help again widely appreciated as I am a novice to collecting. Thanks,

Your spoon was made by Simeon L & George H. Rogers of Wallingford, Connecticut. It seems to have started about 1900. Apparently it was taken over by Wm. A. Rogers Limited in 1918 and Oneida in 1929, although I suspect the name continued a least util the 1940s. IP: Logged |

Your spoon appears to be for ice cream, the kind served in soda shops. These were made into the 1960's. Very nice little piece. IP: Logged |
