FredZ Posts: 1070 Registered: Jun 99	posted 04-12-2004 03:09 PM I have nothing on the Slater Bros. The EP and NS probably stand for Electro Plate and Nickle Silver. "Sheffield Plate" is often used to discribe the technique of fusing a layer of silver to the surface of copper and using this material to make the item needed. If your pieces are electroplated nickle silver they would not be considered "Sheffield Plate". [This message has been edited by FredZ (edited 04-12-2004).] IP: Logged
