Hi, I am a beginning collector and purchased this ladle (mostly because it is useful - very handy for dessert sauces), but also to add to my education re: silver/plating. Since I only paid $2 for it, I'm guessing it is plated. Is it actually from William Rogers? Does anyone know the approx. date & pattern? Thanks for your help.
