[01-1313] Hi Everyone! I wasn't sure which forum to post this in because, I am not sure if this goblet is silver or silverplate. I have scoured my "Old Silver" book by Wyler looking for the letters and logo that are on the bottom of the cup but .. unless I have overlooked it, I can't find anything. I was hoping that someone here has seen this writing or logo before? I'm Not even sure what the logo is? Maybe castle towers? Thank You

I think there are several earlier discussions of these goblets in Silverplate - and, sadly, the consensus was that these are relatively modern imitations, perhaps made in Asia. I'll try to find the links later today. IP: Logged |
