[01-1457] I recently won auction, and wonder if anyone can tell me more info about these pieces. The pictures are still available along with the rest of the auction details. I'm guessing that these are plate, possibly English, and are used to hold a wine bottle. Any additional info would be appreciated.

Hello: Wine coasters, so chilled bottles do not let condensed water "ring" your table. The bottoms are always wood or some other insulating material, as silver would cool and "sweat" from the cold bottle. IP: Logged |
