[01-1597] This item has a knurled knob on the bottom that adjust three grasping arms that open or close as you turn the knob located under the base. I have pictures posted of this and the hallmarks (located on the knob).
I would like to know the manufacturer and age and what it is! I purchased it recently because it was so unusual and am very curious. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. p.s. It might be made by E.G. Webster & Son? IP: Logged |

Thanks. Please help me with the hallmarks. I'd like to know how old, who manufactured and confirming what I think is silver plate. Thanks,
