Just a note to encourage members to take up Scott on his invitation to share your collection. I've learned so much from the pictures and descriptions of people's new finds throughout the forums, and the wonderful collections now in the 'Collector's View' section. Scott, may I suggest that you link in Collector's View to the very interesting set of posts by Bob Schulhof on his collection of place settings? I ran across it by accident through a Google search; I gather that 'Collecting Place Settings' used to be a forum. It seems a shame for it to be altogether hidden, and I think it would make a nice addition to the collector's area. IP: Logged |

I second ellabee's request. I was trying to find it just the other day because I saw a reference to it in an old post and remembered the Collecting Place Settings forum as very entertaining and useful. I can't collect that way, because I always want more! IP: Logged |
