Hello! It would be nice if your introduced yourself as we ask of all visitors, & tell us of your interest in silver. That said,If you do a search on the forum search box entering the Benedict Indestructo name you will find your answer as to what/who they were. You can make you own determination as to keeping them or not. Jersey IP: Logged |

If every person has the same question about a object the forum will be overloaded. What is important? To love a pattern without knowing the value or is the pattern not interesting, knowing the value is lower than a person expected? IP: Logged |

I am so sorry that I even posted to this forum. It is a shame that someone can't ask a question and get an answer without getting hassles. I did not know anything about this item wanted help so I did not sell something that I needed to keep and all I got was grief from you people. You are a sorry group disgregard my post losers. Hello again laydbk98 If you walked into someone's home & said hi who made this & should I keep it........without so much as a hello, my name is &....how would you feel? This is that kind of a place, & we like to know a bit about our guests & their interests. I am sorry you feel hasseled, but it is not the purpose or right of anyone on this or any other forum to determine whether or you you should keep an item. That is a personal matter. Once given the maker, and I thought I gave you the info you needed, you can decide for yourself if it is worth keeping, by doing the appropriate research we are not clairvoyent. For example, there are items that Tiffany, a most desired maker made, I would not keep if you payed me. So the bottom line is, it's your choice. There are so many factors that go into keeping or selling an item as you know. Also, who or what may be hot on the market this year may not be so down the road, and the reverse is true as well, & that applies to all aspects of collecting. Another thing is one piece by a manufacturer could be monetarily worth alot, while another by the same manufacturer may not be worth anything. Design wise it could be very desired & still not be money wise worth anything. Also we ask for a picture. Makers may put numbers on pieces that could refer to pattern, style, inventory, whatever. Some you can never tract down. Even if we do see it we can only tell you what we may know about it. Values are not given here as you would know if you read the information when you registered. Enjoy the day. Jersey IP: Logged |

From my side I'm sorry : I good better use the worth :what is more important the value of the object or the emotional value. I've looked at some sites and found with the search function at this forum a topic with a question about the factory you mentioned. So if you try there is information (06-09-2004) given by Patrick Vyvyan that day, with a picture of the factory itself. Perhaps you can give it a try! I'm not a ...................... best of luck and enjoy the hobby! IP: Logged |

Actually, the members are a nice group of people who generously share time and information. Because of past bad experience with people exploiting that generosity for financial gain (e.g., trying to get identficiation and other information to buy or sell on ebay), the forum has adopted a policy of asking first time posters to identify themselves and their interest in collecting silver. The guidelines are simple, fair, and apply equally to everyone. Had you followed them, we all would have been happy to help you. Calling the group "losers" because you cannot have what you want, immediately, and on your terms is rather rude. IP: Logged |
