[26-1963] My English is bad. Reading will go on writing is difficult. I translate with an Internet translation program. I'm starting silver collector with little knowledge of silver. This is the reason for my question. I hope that this information is sufficient. I have a scale from Denmark. Thank you. It would help you to get a response from members if you would please read and respond to the questions in the yellow box at the start of this page. IP: Logged |

I guess your introduction is OK. Its danish all right, P = Plet and that is danish for plated. It is not silver but brass with a silver surface. Torch mark is a quality for the plated work. Set by the danish producers of plated silver. Crown is unknown maker. In various forums we have discussed the crown. Some mistake it for Carl M. Cohr, but it is not him - that is sure. This mistake comes from the CC in top of crown. We have got to the conclusion that it is Carl Christiansen from Copenhagen. IP: Logged |

Thanks for your answers and explanations. Unfortunately, again a short answer for translating the site translation is not good. IP: Logged |
