Good evening Silver Salon and thank you for allowing me to post a question on your forum. I am a new member and would appreciate some of your wisdom to help identify two items I uncovered here with my metal detector. We are the owners of a Holiday Resort and I do some treasure hunting every now and then. I found two pieces of Russian/Soviet Gold jewelry and I don't know wow to identify the some of the hallmarks. Both have the post 1958 Soviet mark with letters 583 which I understand is the mark for 14ct gold. Please help me with the identification of the following marks. Ring 1: (Has 2 marks)
2 nd mark: W + (Soviet Star)+ 583 Ring one has a stone that resembles a Ruby that is approximately 7,5ct in size.
2 nd mark: .OD 3 rd mark: P + (Soviet Star) + 583 This ring has no stones but only a solid gold top, resembling a small trinket. I thank you in advance for any assistance.
Kind regards. Melvern IP: Logged |
