Hi, I collect turn of the century German silver brooches and I purchased these two. The cut out one is probably earlier and looks almost Austrian to me and is marked 830. The square brooch is marked 935. They have the same maker's mark of AF which appears clearer on the earlier brooch. I have not had any success on the internet identifying the maker and would appreciate any information.

These are really nice. I especially like the one with the flower. I am sorry but I do not recognize the maker's mark. IP: Logged |

Yes, looking at the maker's mark it could be AMF, I will see if I can find any manufacturers with those initials, thanks. IP: Logged |
