I'm not authorized to post in the regular forum, but I have another Calla Lily spoon identical to the one posted in that thread, except that it has only one leaf. (I tried to upload photos, but was unable to do so.) The Maker's Mark on mine looks less like a "squiggle" and more like a very long crown, although it is very difficult to see as the spoon is so small. (The "squiggle" MM seen on your posted photo looks like a worn down version of that crown.) I bought it in the first place because the spoon was stylistically similar to the Ludwig Redlich/Shiebler Rusticana pieces I collect, and was hoping it might be another one I had not yet seen. I read your guidelines, and followed your directions for uploading photos, but for some reason my computer seems unable to upload photos to your site. This happened before a number of years ago. (See previous Ludwig Redlich posts.) I finally sent a photo directly via email and it was posted from your end. IP: Logged |

I tried it again, and succeeded without getting an error message this time. The photo of the maker's mark is up there now. It's still difficult to see, but I think you can make out the crown. IP: Logged |
