Hello, I´m a newcomer and I´m here looking for info to identifying a spoon hallmark. I've been looking for information about the marks for days, but no luck. Anyway, in my search I just discovered a new world. I didn´t know how much people are interested in this things. Cool! I have no knowledge about silver hallmarks, but I hope to find the help I need and thus, learn new things. Thank you in advanced. IP: Logged |

Welcome. We look forward to seeing the your spoon and its marks. Since you say it has Hallmarks, what nationally do you think? American flatware doesn't have hallmarks. Its up to the maker to apply marks. So we refer to the marks on silver, not from a country with a Hallmarking system, as having marks or makers marks. IP: Logged |
