I am originally from the Los Angeles, California area but moved to Idaho, with work, after graduating from California Polytechnic State University, at San Luis Obispo. I am a retired Horticulturalist from Brigham Young University-Idaho. I am divorced, and have 3 wonderful adopted children and now live in Idaho, and love it. I started collecting Sterling 30 years ago, ingots at first and then flatware. My original goal was to have something tangible to leave my children when I'm gone. I really enjoy working with Sterling for it's artistic value and historical worth. I don't know of many people in this part of the country that share my passion and I would like to make some new acquaintances and help others, where I can to enjoy collecting more fully. In addition I enjoy collecting precious loose gemstones, genealogical research, woodworking, gardening (food preservation), classical music and serving in my church group or wherever else I can. It's great to find the forum and I look forward to involvement with it's other members. Thank you. IP: Logged
