Reel2Reel Posts: 3 Registered: Aug 2020	posted 09-01-2020 03:43 PM Hi, I have a long knife for carving made by Gorham with a pattern from 1875 that I've only seen 1 other of. In addition to this knife. I have a matching but somewhat smaller fluted spike utensil. I dont know what this spike device is used for but it has very little wear for such an old piece. Off the top of my head the only thing that I can think of would be a leg of lamb bone holder for the fluted part. A Google search of "leg of lamb bone holder" will bring up some examples. IP: Logged
