This guard chain came on a locket (marked sterling no hallmarks in locket). I dont know if its original to the locket but time period wise, it would be Art Nouveau and likely American. I've searched various hallmark databases and I dont know what this could be. It looks like an irregular infinity symbol, more like a baseball bat. The letter appears to be a B under a loupe. Could maybe be an R but I am thinking B Thanks for any help.

Inside the clip it says "sterling" just like the insides of the locket. IP: Logged |
