I was given a silver spoon that my mother got when she worked at Membury Airfield in Berkshire and I was told it is a Christening spoon I worked for a German company and when he came to my abode he noticed the spoon in the sugar bowl and wanted to know where I got it from and said that most young Germans would not be able to read it as it is the old German language I can send a photo but stamped on the back of the spoon is KK90 and the wording on the front is (Mnin miflmt Luffnl) but engraved in handwriting and difficult to translate. Any help on date would be appreciated. Fenner IP: Logged |

Löffel is “spoon” in German, so the script is possibly referring to the spoon, such as “My baptismal spoon” in dialectal German IP: Logged |
