I have a ice holder Chalice. ???

The chalice stands 5 1/2 inches high and 8 1/2 inches from handle to handle. Stands on 4 legs with grape design around legs. It is not round but 4 sided round opening. On the bottom is USA in a shield design with a eagles head. Under this is 660.

I can send a picture to anyone who would like to see it.

Any info would be welcomed.
