[26-2435] I've owned a silver brooch for many years but have only just found the makers mark and through your forum have discovered that it may be that of Christian Seybold (letter S with arrow) (Jugendstil & Secessionist Jewelry). I would like to learn more of his life and work - can anyone help please?

Hi, That's a lovely brooch. I also have a silver enamel and amethyst brooch by Christian Seybold. I have not been able to find out much, but he seemed to mainly use amethyst and citrine.

Welcome to the forum. If you click on the icon showing a pad of paper an a pen (the edit icon) you can see what Scott did to make your photo appear. The line you are looking for starts [img]... That line is in the Silver Salon Forums Photo Gallery where you appear to have successfully uploaded you photos. Anytime you want to do the same just copy the complete line in your new post and by some magic your photo will appear. IP: Logged |
