Was just wondering if anyone knows of a good intro offer to buy silver eagles or bullion? We all know silver is at $10.68/oz. I hate to but eagles at $12.70 a piece, don't you? Thanks a lot for your help. ------------------ IP: Logged |

mk4420, I was just going to delete this post because it was a violation of the SSF Guidelines. New Members have not earned the right to post in other than the New Members’ Forum which does not include the for sale or wanted feature. I moved your post here, to the Wanted To Buy Forum, while I continue to consider whether to delete it (mostly because it doesn’t fit with the spirit of the SSF). I really don’t think your motivations of “all things profit” to silver collecting is really supportive or sensitive to the sprit of the Silver Salon Forums. In the New Members Forums, your insensitivity has been pointed out to you. Members have suggested you need to consider whether your primary motivations are going to be best served by joining this forum. I echo those expressions. It would be nice if you could learn to appreciate silver as the rest of us do.. For the art and history and the craft ..... I appreciate the SSF members who have stepped up to offer you some guidance. It is great to hear others speak to what makes this forum work. I don’t believe the Silver Salon Forum can be all things to all people. Even though the profit motive is shielding you from new vistas, I would like to think you could learn to appreciate silver as the rest of the SSF does and not just for the value of the metal content. In reading your opening discussions in the new members’ forum this doesn’t sound likely. You are welcome to discuss silver within the framework of the SSF. If you are not interested, then you might be better served if you found another forum that is all about metal futures, bullion prices and returning metal to its un-crafted state. But join us and don’t try to change us or the Silver Salon Forum into something it is not. IP: Logged |
