Does anyone know where I can find replacement handles for a drawer on a flatware chest? Thanks IP: Logged |

Chase, can we see a picture of the chest, there are different kinds & different handles. That said, without seeing it, I would suggest something like doing a search for restoration hardware. Jersey [This message has been edited by jersey (edited 05-03-2011).] IP: Logged |

Hey Here is a picture of the existing handle. There is a separate back-plate and the hole spacing is 1 1/2". I have back-plate for the other handle, just missing the handle.
The biggest problem I am running into is that by searching I find tons for regular size drawers and chests but none that will fit this chest. Thanks IP: Logged |

Chase, Check out the Ball & Ball website, products > Furniture Hardware > miniature drawer hardware for a selection of 1-1/2 center pulls in the Chippendale, Queen Anne, and Hepplewhite styles. A friend has suggested you might want to purchase new pull, back plate and bale rather than trying to match the bale alone. Hope this helps. It seems like your local hardware store would have something that would fit, even if it isn't being sold specifically as a flatware chest handle. IP: Logged |
