Hello! My mom died 2 years ago this month. I have about 500 pieces of jewelry. It is not that I want to get rid of everything, but I have far too many peices to keep in boxes that I will never open. So please understand my intentions are to pass these pieces along to others who will enjoy them more, as my Mom did. Few pieces are signed and I am doing my best to track down the meaning. My scanner seems to pick most of it up rather well. Does anyone have any advice on the best way to pass these pieces along for sales? I know my Mom would "roll over" if I dumped the whole lot on eBay for $200. It took her a life time of travels to collect these peices and I do not want to dishonor her memories. I have everything from plastic, brass, silver, gold, on and on.. I'd be so happy to find out info on these pieces so I could decide what to keep as heirlooms and what to give away or sell. I have amny pictures, and would be happy to post them with the Moderators permission, although I am not sure if this would be welcome? Thanks so much for assisting and please trust I have no ulterior motives. Aslan Novack Great Falls, VA IP: Logged |
