Does anyone have any information on these marks - country of origin, the year, or the Maker? They appear on an old coin silver type fork and I can't find them in my books. Thanks so much.

These are Dutch marks. The lion with the 2 in the reserve indicates silver of .833 fineness and the letter q is the date letter used in 1875. The head probably indicates that a tax was paid on the silver.
