I have some German silver pieces with the markings---GERB.HEPP 90

On the bottom of these items is a swastika surrounded by a wreath.

What do these marks mean?

Thank you for your help.

Gebr. Hepp is an old established manufacturer of silverplated flatware for the commercial and institutional sector. '90' indicates standard quality of plating (quite good quality).

If the extra symbol is indeed a swastika then your items obviously date from the 30's or war years. However, I believe that Hepp did at one time (I am unsure when) have a logo consisting of two sickles (sorry, I originally wrote 'scythes' which is less descriptive) or something like that which might on superficial examination be mistaken for swastikas.
I wouldn't venture a guess as to where this could best be sold.

I have a teapot that says restaurant (in German) on the front with the same Hallmark, a swastika surrounded by the leaf and have not been able to find any info thus far on identifying the mark. Have you found any further information on this mark?
