'Gero' is the name of a Dutch silverplate manufacturer. Founded early in the 20th century they still exist. The '90' is a quality rating applying to silverplated flatware in a number of European countries. '90' specifically is the most common quality for household use. In some countries and at some times it has been the lowest legally permissible grade (that is for flatware). My guess is that in this case the '90' has the same significance and, if so, that it would represent very good quality for holloware. Hope that helps.
