[26-0316] Just recently a small jigger size silver cup was brought to my attention by my wife's 70 y/o uncle. The jigger has makers marks but can't seem to reference any of them. The most obvious one is the number 131/3 (thirteen and one-third)and the other one is the letter N and it's mirror image, similar to NN only the first one is backwards and the second one is right. thanks IP: Logged |

This sounds Russian. The two 'N's' work out to N I in Cyrillic. And the small jigger sounds like a vodka cup. The 13 1/3 does not ring bells though. Could you tell us more about the history of these? Sometimes these are thought to be Judaica. IP: Logged |

History is what I am trying to develope. Uncle told me that the cup was used as a father/son pass down and was used to give the son his first drink when he became of age. Uncle has much Norwegian heritage, so if that helps. IP: Logged |
