posted 09-09-2004 02:12 AM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have a set of four apostle forks. They are 4 3/4 in. long with three tines. The mark is made up of three hexagonal marks. The first has a six pointed star-like figure, the second a"90" (or "06" if I'm reading it upside down), the third looks like asimplified castle with a small slit for a door and two tiny windows. Can anyone help i.d. this mark? Hi Chairful, Have to agree with Waylander, doubt any British/Irish connection, my guess would be that these are Continental marks. Pictures would be very helpful. Cheryl ;o) IP: Logged |
