It looks like June & I are headed to Frankfurt Germany in May for business, possibly the third week of May. Our business will only keep us occupied for a couple of days. We have never been to Germany, so we are thinking of extending our trip +/- 10 days to explore other parts of Germany. Since we have never been, we would welcome your suggestions regarding what we should do and where we might go. In addition to our silver passion, we appreciate good food and wine as well as interesting local culture. And of course if we are in the vicinity of any Silver Salon Members it would be great to meet you. Please share your thoughts with us. Well we have finally finalized our Germany plans and would love to hear your suggestions on things to do there. We would also enjoy meeting any of our Frankfurt or Munich based Silver Salon Forum Members. The opportunity to meet some of our Australian members when we were there was definitely a highlight of our trip. 1. Public Silver Forums (open Free membership) - anyone with a valid e-mail address may register. Once you have received your Silver Salon Forum password, and then if you abide by the Silver Salon Forum Guidelines, you may start a thread or post a reply in the New Members' Forum. New Members who show a continued willingness to participate, to completely read and abide by the Guidelines will be allowed to post to the Member Public Forums. 2. Private Silver Salon Forums (invitational or $ donation membership) - The Private Silver Salon Forums require registration and special authorization to view, search, start a thread or to post a reply. Special authorization can be obtained in one of several ways: by Invitation; Annual $ Donation; or via Special Limited Membership. For more details click here (under development). 3. Administrative/Special Private Forums (special membership required) - These forums are reserved for special subjects or administrative discussion.
