How odd. I just finished reading that article prior to logging on here. It was very informative and the pictures help a great deal. I have only seen one copy of Wilkinson's book for sale and as luck would have I lost the bid on it. Several years ago I purchased a plain silver quaich that was manufactured by Hamilton & Co. The photos in this article helped me reinforce the date. (I am especially fond of the elephant punch in the hallmarks) Actually, I don't remember ever seeing another piece of Hamilton & Co for sale, although it shouldn't be that rare since they've been around for so long.
