laurensk Posts: 5 Registered: Sep 2004	posted 09-24-2004 03:05 PM I have two silver serving spoons which I received from my grandmother whose family came from Germany in the late 1890s. One spoon has the hallmark J Siebler and the number 13 and on the front side the engraved initials K Ab with an iron cross above them. The second, almost identical looking serving spoon has the hallmark Muller , a marking of the letter D, the number 13 and what looks like a small engraving of a sword. Engraved on the front side are the initials LC and BW and 1313. The bowls of both of the spoons are slightly irregular and look hand made.
