Dear Sirs,

I have recently accquired an art nouveau silver circular dish with stylised handles. The assay office is Chester, around the turn of the last century(1900).

But for the life of me, i cannot identify the makers. Hopefully you may be able to help. Th initials are:H.E.B.over E.E.B.or F.E.B.

A quick look at my references came up empty, but it would be helpful to see a photo of the marks on the piece. Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.
