Greetings all! I have a beautiful sterling cigarette case that I have so far identified as Birmingham circa 1910. I am having a bit of a problem trying to identify the makers mark (at least what I think is the makers mark). I'd like to give it as a gift to my sister and would like to give her as much information about it that I can. The makers mark: I.S.G comes before the anchor (birm) and the lion (English sterling 925) stamps. I am a novice and very new at identifying sterling and silver plate but having a ball learning about it! Thanks so much in advance for any help!
