Hi I am fairly new to silver and love to roam these boards to sometimes give very little, but more often, receive information regarding silver, which I collect. My main problem is defining the makers' marks so I wonder whether anyone would be able to recommend a good book which lists English and other silversmiths, say for the last 250 years. Ta ! There is no one book that is any good for all. Check the book references in the book thread (Books: questions, mentions and reviews) for recommendations. IP: Logged |

Many thanks Swarter. I should have done a "search" and would have found the thread! IP: Logged |
