Please could you tell me what is this hallmark 1st GW then a lion then a looks like a shield (sideways)then a letter O thank you IP: Logged |

Welcome to the Forums! The marks you describe could be English sterling marks, if the "shield" is actually a leopard's head. Unfortunately, we will need to see them to see if they are actually English, or in fact sterling, or to make any guess at a a date. Small variations in the marks can make a big difference.
