Now available as a free download to anyone through a service here at Cornell is this 2-volume compendium, compiled by a Cornell professor and his wife. I do not know the authors, and have only cursorily examined the volumes, but I thought they might be of interest to people here. For information: And to download: Navigate to the bottom of those two pages for the download links. It can also be purchased in printed form.
